No. Dow Kennedy - RE/MAX! must be the only Broker of Record receiving a normal real estate commission from the New Home Builder. This allows Dow Kennedy - RE/MAX! to pass on a portion of the commission to you as a Cash Back Rebate.
Does Dow Kennedy - RE/MAX! visit New Homes Builders with me?
No. This is how you earn your Cash Back Rebate. However, we do provide online tools to help you with your search, such as the New Home Communities and New Home Builders pages.
Does Dow Kennedy - RE/MAX! help me negotiate with the New Home Builder?

Will Dow Kennedy - RE/MAX! work with ANY Builder?
Yes. We will be happy to work with any Builder. Even if you don't find them on our website. There are many Builders in the market today and we will work with them all.
